The G.I.R.L.S Programme

We understand that, as girls, especially girls in Year 5 and 6, prepare for secondary school, they face both academic and social-emotional challenges.

The G.I.R.L.S. programme—Growth, Identity, Resilience, Leadership, and Self-worth is a structured 6-week small group wellbeing programme for Year 5–6 girls.

Through our workshops, girls will build confidence, develop leadership skills, manage friendships, embrace challenges with a growth mindset, and discover their strengths and passions.

Key details

  • Our G.I.R.L.S. programme consists of a variety of workshops.  These can be purchased individually or as part of a 6-week programme.

  • Includes workbooks/resources.

  • Workshops are 45 - 60 minutes long.

  • In schools, between 6 - 8 girls per session.​

Identifying the good qualities of a friendship, navigating friendship dynamics, including conflict resolution and how to be a good friend.
